Founded in 1983, we are a semi-custom homebuilder specializing in building single family homes, villas and estate homes on the Treasure Coast in Indian River county and Port Saint Lucie. With our Take Pride initiative, we pay special attention to detail in every home and give buyers the experience of fully customizing their new home with interactive floorplans and our company Design Studio through our Tailor Made program. GHO Homes became part of Green Brick Partners in 2018 after gaining their attention by being included in the Top 200 Fastest Growing Builders in the country for the third time in 2017. Currently, we build in 16 communities in addition to our on-your-lot programs in Indian River and St Lucie counties.
