The 2021 Parade of Homes is an annual event produced by the Treasure Coast Builders Association. It provides our community with a FREE opportunity to learn about the latest in home design, energy efficiency, and green building applications and to discover NEW home choices. You are encouraged to visit multiple homes and we challenge you to explore communities and learn more about areas you may not have previously considered. Each entry offers a unique vision and lifestyle beginning with our Showcase Community of Lake Park at Tradition. Whether you are a first-time homebuyer or looking to downsize or remodel your current home the Parade of Homes has something for everyone.
All visitors are encouraged to go online to view photos, take a 3D matterport tour, get detailed descriptions and highlights of each home. Online allows you to leave comments, get directions and view visiting hours. When visiting the models enter to win a 65″ LED Smart HDTV provided by MIDFLORIDA Credit Union.
